1. Purpose and access
Audiartist Links lets you create and publish artist profiles, presentation material and Smart Links to music services. Public viewing does not require an account. Profile management uses ChatGPT sign-in; its own terms also apply.
2. Account and authority
You must be authorised to represent the artist and have the legal capacity or permissions needed to use this service. You are responsible for your account and submitted content. Do not share your sign-in credentials. Creating an account grants no rights over another person’s name.
3. Content rights
You retain your rights in your creations. You grant only the permissions necessary to store, technically adapt, display and distribute the content you choose to publish on the service. These permissions end when content is deleted, subject to temporary technical copies and applicable obligations. Drafts are not public; the authorised administrator may inspect them for support and moderation.
4. Prohibited content
Unlawful content, intellectual property or privacy infringements, impersonation, fraud, harassment, threats, hate speech, malicious links, spam and attempts to compromise the service are prohibited. Do not publish confidential data or files you are not authorised to make public.
5. Publishing and addresses
Changes are saved as drafts before publication. Your chosen address must be available and comply with naming rules; it remains fixed in the current version. Reserved service addresses cannot be claimed. An address published under audiartist.com remains a service address and does not transfer ownership of the domain.
6. Advertising and financial terms
No payment, paid subscription or purchase is required in the current version. Audiartist may display advertising to fund the service. Advertising revenue is not music royalties and is not automatically shared with profile holders. Any future paid offer must provide separate information and terms before you subscribe.
7. Moderation and review
Content or accounts may be suspended, blocked or deleted when justified by a rules violation, a substantiated report, security needs or a legal obligation. You can request an explanation and review through the service contact. These measures do not remove your legal remedies.
8. Availability and third-party services
Continuous availability and promotional results are not guaranteed. Music platforms, applications, browsers and advertising services remain independent. A click, visit or app-opening attempt does not prove a stream. Opening a music app from an Instagram or Facebook browser cannot be guaranteed.
9. Export and deletion
Studio settings let you export profile and release data and delete a profile or your application account. JSON exports do not contain the image files themselves. Deleting an Audiartist Links account does not delete your ChatGPT account or external music accounts. External caches may remain temporarily.
10. Data, changes and applicable law
Processing and consent choices are described in the privacy policy. These terms may change; the version and date are shown on this page. Changes must respect applicable mandatory rights, including consumer rights and GDPR rights. French law applies subject to those mandatory provisions. Publisher identity and contact: legal notice.
