Your account

Audiartist Links uses ChatGPT sign-in. We receive a Site-specific account identifier and your email address. We do not store your ChatGPT password. Your account data is used to protect and manage your artist pages.

What becomes public

Published artist profiles, releases, contact details and press links are public. Draft text remains private to the account owner. Uploaded images have unlisted public URLs; upload only images you have permission to make public. Do not upload confidential files.

Optional audience counts

With your permission, we count visits, listening-button clicks and Spotify app-opening attempts by day, platform and campaign source. We do not store visitor IP addresses, raw browser identifiers, advertising IDs or persistent visitor IDs in these counts. Counts are not proof of listening or of a successful app launch. We do not load Meta Pixel or send Conversions API events.

Your consent preference is saved in this browser's local storage. You can reset it using the browser's site-data settings. Declining counts does not prevent listening or viewing a page.

Storage and retention

Profiles, releases and images are stored using the Sites hosting infrastructure and Cloudflare data services. Operational records support security, publication history and abuse moderation. Saved records remain until you remove the content or account. The dashboard displays aggregate activity for the last 30 days.

Export and deletion

In Studio → Settings you can export profile and release records, delete an artist, or delete your entire account including uploaded images. Deleting an Audiartist Links account does not delete your ChatGPT account. Public copies and search-engine caches may take time to disappear.

External services

Music-service links and third-party images connect to external providers with their own privacy policies. Native app opening depends on the browser, operating system and installed applications. No paid advertising campaign is launched by this service.
